According to a statement posted on her Instagram page, the world-celebrated Mzansi singer succumbed to stroke-related complications after a lengthy period of illness. Never have I ever imagined myself doing something so crazy my life. I might be an adventure junkie, but kayaking with over 1200 sharks was sure an adventure and many things. At first, I just couldn’t wait to finish and get it over and done with, because it was anxiety vs. fear and none of those are good. But as time went by I realized that it’s actually not that bad… Boom! I then amazed everyone on the boat when I shouted: “Oh, oh, I see a shark right there!” You can't blame me, the excitement was kicking in. I couldn’t hold it, the mesmerizing beauty of the sharks swimming, the mountains, the whole view… it was so unavoidable. Well you better keep your eyes peeled because the mammals under the water can pop out at any time. It was so hot on the day, you’d swear the sun was out to play and so were the animals. I still remember those road trips to my home in Venda. There is just something about that N1 road that rejuvenates your soul.
